About Us

A full body class that builds a strong foundation and develops proper technique.

REFORMER 1

An intermediate class with more complex movements and a greater focus on strength and endurance.

REFORMER 2

*suggested after taking Reformer 1

A low-impact plyometric reformer class designed to raise your heart rate, make you sweat and make cardio fun!

CARDIO METHOD

*suggested after taking Reformer 1

A foundational class that uses primarily body weight to lengthen and strengthen.


MAT METHOD

A centering class focused on balance and stretching that will leave you feeling renewed.


RESTORE

A great way to begin your Pilates journey and get undivided attention from an instructor! They can alleviate the anxiety before trying a group class or they can be the perfect solution for those with physical challenges who need one on one guidance.
